Do You Leave Comments When Visiting Sites?

It is important to leave a comment on sites that you visit for many reasons. One is that you will get a link back to your website which helps to increase your backlinks. Another is so that people can hear what you have to say on a topic.
If you were out chatting with people in a large group and you wanted to be heard you would speak up, I mean lets face it everyone has an opinion on everything. Some people are more vocal than other people.
I have found that people are in too much of a hurry, even I myself have visited thousands of sites over time and have forgotten to leave a comment. If over the past 7 years I had left comments on all the sites I had visited i probably would have more backlinks than some of the high profile websites.
The most important thing when commenting is that you leave comments on sites that have the you comment I follow rule which means that when you actually do leave a comment you will get a link back to your site. A lot of wordpress sites have the no follow rule. Which is why there are plugins available to create a do follow rule.
Just think if you spent 1 month making sure you left just 1 comment on every blog you visited and then checked Google on your links and see what the results would be, I bet you would be surprised to say the least. Comment links is one of the most under rated way of increasing your websites Google juice. If you want good Google page rank then you need to increase your backlinks.
I have a great list of high Google page rank sites that follow the U comment I follow rule.
