How To Cloak Affiliate Links Using Php Script

Image via Wikipedia If you are promoting affiliate links or clickbank links on your website you may not like the long http addresses that these products or services have. You can if you are using a php script like wordpress create php pages which will re direct to your product or service and you get the benefit of having it displayed on your website as http://www.yourwebsite.com/theproductname.php this works much better than the long awful links supplied by clickbank hoplinks and affiliate programs.
This also protects you from losing valuable commissions. The script is very easy to use all you need to do is create a new page in your back area where you loaded all your wordpress files. You will call the new blank php file after the product or service you are promoting.
Place this script in the body of the page
You need to ensure that you do not have any other html or code on the page. Then save.
I did this for my hoplink from clickbank for Google Nemesis you can see how this works by clicking on http://www.moneyhomebiz.com/Google-Nemesis.php
The reason I like this is that it goes directly to your page and on your website you only have links to other pages within your site and you don't lose rank by having pages pointing to other pages from other websites.
It is pretty easy to do and I am in the process of changing all my links to php re directs.

You should check into a simple script called easy link manager. Do a goole search and you’ll find it pretty easily. It’s like $30, and it gives you a built in user interface to mask links, and tun long links into shorter ones. After installation (which takes 10 minutes), it takes all of 30 seconds to cloak a link. Great stuff.!

Link cloaking is definitely a must to be taken seriously. Makes your links look more legit and is very easy to do if you have your own site with php.
