Internal Linking Plugin

I have just been doing some work on this great little plugin I found. The value of internal linking has been overshadowed for many years by the fact that we should build our external links. However internal links have a value all of their own. They can help you get better search engine rankings for keywords.

The plugin is called Cross-Linker

It allows to you to pre select what URL’s you want anchored to what keyword phrases.

What I have done is gone through and pre loaded it with my keywords hyperlinked back to relevant urls.

I will give you some examples, if I was writing on how to make money online it would get linked back to a previous post or if I was writing on google adsense or google adwords or free traffic.

As you can see those words were linked back to previous posts without me having to manually place the html code inside the post. So every time a certain keyword phrase is written in my posts automatically it will be linked back to a previous post. Now this isnt to say that every post I write from now on will have links automatically placed in it but if I refer to any of the keyword phrases that I have set up in the cross linker then yes it will be a link.

This plugin is a gem, not only is it a time saver but it will ensure that your posts are anchored well which in turn will result in much better search engine rankings. At the end of the day we all want to be number 1 for our chosen keywords and this plugin takes us just one step closer.

I believe this plugin to be a time saver and to help maximize my website in terms of SEO. Anchoring my posts is something that I have done in the past but it has been very time consuming. This took about 20 minutes to preload.
