Is Adsense Really Dying?

Just a question about Adsense, Do you think adsense is really dying? I actually make quite a bit of money from my adsense ads on my Article Directory, home page and several blogs I currently operate. I have noticed a decline however in the earnings of adsense and have looked at alternatives. I believe in order to make money with adsense you need to test the placement of the ads on your site and when you find the position that makes you the most money then you duplicate that on all your pages. I dont think adsense is dying, I just think that there is more competition for the advertising dollar. Keywords play a major factor in how much money you will earn on your site. If the keywords you target are low paying ones then you will make a few cents here and there. On the other hand if you are targeting high paying keywords then the sky is the limit. If you dont use adsense then what form of advertising do you use on your site? Lyn
