A signature file on the tail end of your emails is a must. This is a great way of marketing your business. Signature files are also good to use in forums as they direct people to your website and you can hyperlink your major keywords to your website. This in turn creates links back to your site from every post that you do. Take time to come up with a good signature file if you are using it for advertising. Don't forget to put your website and contact information in your signature file. Add information that makes the person who receives the email care about your site or product. For example, if you are marketing a site that is designed to make money for others, add a line about the money they could be making now. Use your signature file to promote and market your internet business. Try and come up with a slogan or theme to make people want to click through and look at your site. The main thing is to drive targeted traffic to your website.
